The Lab is a participatory coaching space for those who want support staying aligned after Vision Forward.
This experience is designed for individuals who value shared reflection, accountability, and live coaching as they build momentum one quarter at a time.
You will receive the framework and tools to build your vision and move it forward. The tools are highly reflective and require honest and strategic input.
What to expect:
- Two Live group coaching sessions
- Guided reflection and shared dialogue
- Accountability to stated commitments
- A small cohort experience
The Lab requires preparation and participation.
Attendees are expected to complete assigned reflections and arrive ready to engage. Choose the Lab if you grow best through conversation, coaching, and community.
VIA Vault
This is for the visionary who grows best in silence.
A self-paced, reflective experience
The Vault is a quiet, intentional space designed for private processing after Vision Forward.
This option is ideal if you prefer to work independently, revisit the material at your own pace, and reflect without group interaction.
You will receive the same framework and tools used in the Lab, with the freedom to move through them in a way that honors your personal rhythm.
What to expect:
- Self-paced access to Vision in Action content
- Fillable reflection grid and guided prompts
- Private, internal processing
- No live sessions or group accountability
The Vault is self-led.
If you are looking for feedback, accountability, or live coaching, the Lab is the better choice. Otherwise, choose the Vault if quiet focus and personal reflection are how you grow best.
